What's the role?

The Senior Infrastructure Services Specialist within the Mainframe Infrastructure Services team is required to lead and support Westpac's complex mainframe environment within their technical expertise.

The role plays an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions within the Mainframe and ensures that the detailed design and operations are fit for purpose. 

What do I need?

  • Experience with installing, customising and maintaining IBM Z System Automation.
  • Experience with installing, customising and maintaining IBM Z Netview.
  • Experience with installing, customising, and maintaining Broadcom CA OPS/MVS and Broadcom CA SOLVE Operations.
  • Knowledge in IBM Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS).
  • Proven ability to design, code, test, document and implement complex programs/scripts in a Mainframe Automation product also desirable.
  • Knowledge of other System Z products such as z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2.
