Our client is one of the largest private organisation in the country that are looking for an **Associate Director** to lead their **Business Analysis **chapter as a permanent replacement.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience, you will look to continuously uplift the chapter in various aspects including competency, recruitment, linking topics and individuals, coaching and planning.

The role is not just about delivery - it's all about the influence you bring through leadership into the role.

**Responsibilities**

Apart from delivery, the Associate Director will be also involved with lending tribes a hand when needed, sharing lessons with each other and generally bring the chapter together around a common purpose.
