**The Role**:
Our office is impeccably appointed and centrally located (Between RAC Arena and Yagan Square) with cafes, and restaurants nearby and situated close to shopping and entertainment.

Your working day will be varied between reception duties and providing general office administration support such as:

- Ensure calls are answered and managed appropriately
- Greeting clients, offering refreshments, ensuring meeting rooms are well presented
- Distributing mail, ordering couriers and receiving incoming deliveries
- Ensuring stationery, and office supplies are maintained
- Manage meeting room diaries
- Booking courses and keeping register up to date
- Staff access card set up for new employees
- Travel arrangements via Uber as required
- Managing company car bookings and maintenance of the vehicle
- Management of relevant company mailboxes (e.g., info, employment etc.)
- Maintain a register of Service Award vouchers and events
- Booking of staff training and updating electronic training records
- Ensuring attendance and evaluation forms are completed
- Book all Industry events and office functions
- Assist staff with expenses submissions and assist with expenses reconciliation for petty cash & corporate credit card
- General office administration, including word processing, and preparing materials using Microsoft office suite

**About you**

You will be a key member of the BG&E Perth office administration and operational support team and bring:

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to set and follow priorities
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- A self-starter with a willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the construction, engineering and/or consulting industries advantageous
