**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Commissions within our NITV Commissions team this role will see you undertake the following duties.
- Support the NITV commissioning team to track, manage and plan Commissioned projects.
- Ensure all delivered program masters are ingested, tech checked, and pushed through to MAM in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain delivery materials schedules within the Smartsheet, ensuring that external producers maintain accurate updates from pre-production through to post-production.
- Skilled in downloading media from various platforms such as Aspera, DropBox and WeTransfer.
- Liaise with various NITV and SBS divisions to ensure project delivery aligns with SBS contract guidelines.
- Receive and evaluate pitch submissions and make recommendations on their suitability for NITV Commissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to curate audio-visual assets, essential for crafting PowerPoint presentations when required.
- Assist the NITV Commissioning team with various administrative duties, including diary management, travel bookings, expenses, and note-taking in meetings.
