Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for retail management? 7-Eleven at the Wishart Fuel Station is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service **Manage, motivate, and train a dedicated team of staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences** Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure timely replenishment **Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies and procedures** Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally **Implement sales strategies and meet store targets** Manage store finances, including cash handling, payroll, and budgets **Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment**

About You:

- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within a convenience or fuel station environment **Strong leadership and communication skills** Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities **Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively** Flexible and adaptable to changes in business needs **Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude** Ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
