**THE ROLE**
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is establishing a new service model that will support 10- and 11-year-olds engaging in high harm behaviours with complex needs who are at risk of future engagement with the justice system. The service will provide an intensive and coordinated response to these children and families targeted to addressing the underlying drivers of high harm behaviours.
- The Program Manager will play a key role in the service model, and is responsible for overseeing funding, performance and contract management of MACR-funded statewide specialist services and behaviour change programs. The role will also support budget, reporting and secretariat functions at a program level.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Manage and lead projects, including commissioning and procurement processes related to delivery of statewide specialist services and approved behaviour change programs, and undertaking ongoing contract and performance management functions.
- Prepare complex reports, briefings and presentations for executives/governance forums on service delivery, performance and strategic issues relevant to the service model and/or funded services.
- Establish effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including with statewide specialist services and behaviour change programs to support effective service delivery, continuous improvement, identify opportunities for future growth and service development.
