**YOUR NEW ROLE**
As an Employment Consultant, you will partner with the Rehabilitation Consultant or Vocational Consultant and assist individuals who have sustained an injury or illness to gain new employment. Based primarily out of our Wollongong, NSW office, you will spend one day a week lending your expertise and support to our Campbelltown region and office.
- Develop and implement job seeking strategies tailored to individual needs
- Build and enhance individual skills to increase employability
- Utilise marketing strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with current employers
- Attract new employers to facilitate successful and long-term work placements
- Possess in-depth knowledge of WorkCover Vocational Programs and other available incentives for achieving new employment outcomes
- Collaborate with employers and job seekers to identify and address barriers to employment

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US**
- Previous experience and knowledge of Worker Compensation is desirable.
- Previous experience in recruitment or employment services is desirable.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and car.
