atWork Australia is a leading employment services provider across Australia. Our passion is to support Australians who are living with a disability, injury, health condition or require additional support to find sustainable employment.

We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Wollongong, Warrawong and surrounding suburbs****

We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work’s for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.

Join us for one of our Recruitment Information Sessions where you will get the opportunity to connect with one of our Recruitment Partners and a Service Manager for an on-the-spot interview and learn more about atWork Australia.

**Where: Wollongong NSW 2500.**
**When; Friday 31st January 2025. Time: 12PM to 2 PM.**

**Qualifications** **NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
