We are currently seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dedicated Same Employer team, delivering services across Wollongong and the NSW South Coast.

**Your role**:
As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IOH, you will lead the charge in supporting workers on their journey back to employment. You'll play a key role in:

- Guiding and supporting individuals in their rehabilitation and return to work.
- Utilising your expertise in NSW Workers Insurance and CTP schemes to provide informed, effective care.
- Communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to foster understanding and trust with clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, supportive relationships with all stakeholders &
- Demonstrate outstanding time management skills and a robust work ethic to effectively manage caseloads and priorities.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Be approved by SIRA for conducting workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations.
- Possess a valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check certificate, and a driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

**Join Our Team**:
Pay: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
