**About Us**:
We are a rapidly growing global Strategy, Data Analytics and Research Firm. We focus on energy transition. This covers renewables, carbon measurement, carbon capture, existing energy sources, resources and technology. We service Government, Advisors, Fund Managers, Producers and the broad Energy Renewables supply chain.

We are based in Sydney with offices in London and Toronto. Our firm is composed of teams of expert engineers, consultants, programmers, economists, and financial experts. We research and publish reports as a world leading independent expert. This involves industry forecasts, valuations and long-term strategic industry analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client preferences, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and advertisements.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance our online presence and engagement with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving set targets and delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney Central Business District, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
