**Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor**

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for maintenance and facility management? **Lutheran Services** is looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor** to oversee the operations of our maintenance services, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

**_ Remuneration: $31.92 - $33.26 per hour + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits._**

**Let’s Talk About The Role**:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the maintenance department including works scheduling.
- Provide advice to management on projects and building and maintenance works
- Manage the maintenance budget
- Ensuring the maintenance tasks around the property are completed
- Ensuring equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner
- Ensuring any work undertaken is within the scope of expertise of this role
- Work to reduce risk and bring new risks to the attention of the service manager
- Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role

**About You**:

- Extensive experience working in commercial maintenance OR
- Possess a relevant trade qualification
- Experience with staff management
- A high level of effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Your ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality
- Respect and responsiveness to clients
- Open Driver’s Licence
