We’re seeking a **Night Guest Service Agent** to join our front office team at **Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel**. This part-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
- Handle overnight reception duties, including reservations and payments
- Monitor hotel security and complete nightly audits
- Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

**Qualifications** What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
