In the past three years alone, wines produced by Idyll have won thirty-seven international wine awards and four of these wines took out top spot with gold medals. We specialise in providing end-to-end solutions for our customers who are interested in the distribution of our brands or the development of their own labels for the domestic and export markets.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Located in the Geelong region, Idyll Wine Co. require Permanent Full-Time Cellar Hands to help with the production of wine and other beverages. The Cellar Hand role is pivotal to the production of our quality wines and beverages.

This fundamental production role is responsible for manufacturing and processing a wide range of wine and beverages. Working alongside the production team, under the guidance of our cellar supervisors and cellar manager, this role requires adaptability, a personable nature, and a strong eye for detail. Previous experience as a cellar hand is desirable.

Job Requirements

THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Undertaking cellar operations as directed by cellar supervisors.
- Monitoring the process of producing beverage products.
- Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment.
- Performing some heavy lifting (moving hoses, equipment, raw and finished products).
- Ensuring the work environment is kept hygienic and clean.
- Helping build upon and maintain Idyll Wine Co.’s positive team culture
