Driver Coordinator

**Description**:
Critical to our success is the smooth and efficient distribution of our delicious meals to the homes of customers around Australia and we currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Driver Coordinator/Administrator to join the Customer Operations team, based in Canning Vale Perth. This is a diverse and dynamic role that is ever-evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager this role is responsible for scheduling all deliveries and liaising with drivers and other departments to ensure the Lite n' Easy product reaches customers in a professional manner, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the product. Bringing your detail and quality focus, strong time management, as well as a highly customer-centric approach, you will act as the key interface between the business, the drivers and third-party courier companies.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensure all driver performance and efficiency data and statistics is captured and reported daily (ie. start & finish times, delivery hours on road, delivery volumes, driver returns, etc)
- Complete end-to-end management of driver runs including run capacity management, run maintenance, run sequencing, run modifications, setting up new runs
- Manage the driver daily loading control process to ensure loading process runs efficiently, effectively and to strict load out schedules
- Support the drivers by assisting in the resolution of inquiries and manage any escalating issues / concerns as appropriate with relevant internal and external parties
- Complete comprehensive investigations and maintain accurate reporting for any customer complaints received in relation to drivers or deliveries
- Accurately managing weekly driver invoice and payment process, plus maintaining driver information such as insurance policies, certificates, police checks, license and registration are up-to-date
- Assist with training of new delivery drivers
- Assist with project work regarding new delivery areas, new technology initiatives, continuous improvement programs
- Assist with other administrative tasks and activities to ensure the team and the department delivers a seamless service to both internal and external customers and all critical tasks and activities are completed within the required timeframes

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent attention to detail & well-developed analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong administration and customer service experience with exposure to logistics highly desirable
- The ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and autonomously
- Sound PC skills - MS Office and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to start work from 7:00am
