**Job Description**:
Our Occupier Services business provides end to end property services for corporate occupiers. Services range from managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six-star concierge and workplace services.

In this key role you will work on Government Portfolio based in Canberra CBD.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Negotiation of lease requirements for the client.
- Ongoing client liaison and relationship development.
- Assisting with advice to clients on strategic property solutions.
- Managing critical Lease dates and processing Lease renewals, options and rent reviews.
- Database management
- Preparation of detailed monthly reports of portfolio management activity

**Qualifications**:

- You will have a strong client-oriented approach, and probably have experience in the following areas:

- Negotiation skills
- Client services and engagement
- Commercial property knowledge preferred
- Experience in property management and administration
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients effectively
- Research skills
- Estate Agents Licence or Agent’s Representative, or ability to obtain one
