We are seeking an IT Field Services Coordinator to join our Technology team in our SA Support Office.
About the Role
This newly created position is part of the Bunnings Field Services Leadership team. It is a highly autonomous role that supports the Field Services support team, with a strong focus on store technology customer service and availability. You will coordinate team members, contractors, and their priorities, working closely with the Field Services leadership team.
You will collaborate with the projects team to plan associated project work, requirements, and action tasks. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative duties such as reporting, providing documentation, and maintaining records.
While your primary responsibilities involve coordination duties, there may be times when you need to provide basic Field Services Technician support to assist stores. Regional travel will be required semi-regularly, with occasional interstate travel.
You will additionally:
- Oversee the Field Services team’s project requirements and tasks, ITSM queues, dashboards, and tickets to ensure service quality and expectations are met.
- Manage and coordinate various Technology projects, including hardware rollouts, new store setups, closures, upgrades, and expansions.
- Coordinate with the projects team, manage the team’s pipeline, and participate in project meetings.
About You
Joining a collaborative and supportive team as an experienced technology leader you are customer-centric, analytical, and outcome-driven in your approach to work. You possess exceptional troubleshooting, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
You will also have:
- 2 years of experience in a Coordinator or similar leadership role, and 2 years in a Tech Support role (field services experience is a plus).
- Experience within a Retail business is highly regarded.
- Ability to interpret construction and fitout plans is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Service Management principles, ITIL processes, and delivering service to a business.
- Technical proficiency across various hardware and software solutions, including Windows and Mac environments, O365 suite, network & server infrastructure, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Zebra rugged mobile devices and retail Point of Sale systems & peripherals is advantageous.
