This exciting opportunity will see you support the delivery of IT Service Management practices through the effective delivery of ITIL processes such as Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management among others. In addition, you will:

- Capture business and user improvement opportunities for ServiceNow instance and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Ensure service management requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT service management processes.
- Promote service ownership by establishing a service taxonomy including a Service Level Management process, a Service Catalogue, and a Service Portfolio Management process.
- Identify areas for improvement within service management processes and implement enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service management performance and improvement initiatives.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Tertiary qualification within a relevant IT area, or closely related field (desired).
- Experience in IT Service Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing ITIL-based service management processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of the role and function of Service Management and practices
- Technology enthusiast with a strong desire to learn new skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Understanding of Service Desk practices
