Solar Roofer

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Solar Roofer to join our team in Western Sydney. If you’re passionate about solar energy, love working outdoors, and want to be part of a growing company in the industry that’s making a real difference, this is the gig for you

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Installing and mounting solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
- Working closely with a friendly crew of like-minded individuals
- Getting to learn on the job, with room to grow your skills and responsibilities
- Ensuring safe and efficient installations (we’ve got your back on all safety gear and training)

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with roofing or solar installations (or just a keen interest - we’re open)
- Ability to work on rooftops safely and with confidence
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Valid driver’s license and White Card (bonus if you have working at heights certification)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Solar Roofing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
