This high-profile property organisation is a market leader and boasts a great reputation and extensive career progression opportunities.

As an Analyst, working within this high-performing team, you will report to the Senior Manager and work to deliver valuable and insightful analysis to enhance decision making.

You duties will involve, however not be limited to;
- Cash flow modelling
- Sensitivity analysis and financial modelling, feasibility modelling and consideration of risks and opportunities.
- Deliver budget and forecast inputs
- Provide value-add and commercially focussed customer service to key stakeholders
- Identify financial and commercial solutions to queries
- Support internal teams with strategic analysis
- Proactively review current processes seeking improvement

You will be Degree qualified in either finance, business, valuations or a property related field. You will have 1-3 years in an analytical role, with proven excel and modelling capability. You will have outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal and have a strong passion for the property sector.
