About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Support Manager, the Maintenance Services Work Scheduler contributes to, and assist in; Metro South Health's (MSH) approach to asset and building maintenance to deliver the best value for the organisation in the provision of health services to the community. The role ensures the effective scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance works to ensure continuity of essential services critical to the delivery of effective patient care at all Metro South Health Service Facilities through:
- Coordinating the scheduling of maintenance work in conjunction with Planners, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and Contractors to ensure the successful allocation and completion of preventative, corrective and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Providing general assistance to the Maintenance department with the use and development of the Metro South Health Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP S4HANA) and the maintenance planning function.
- Ensuring efficient allocation of resources, materials and ensuring priority allocation of works.
