**About the Role**:

This role will maintain the momentum where DEI practices are built into our BAU and identify strategies and initiatives to build the culture and practices in the areas where we still have progress to make to achieve our DEI goals. Supported by the Strategy, Culture & Capability team, the role designs, develops, implements, and measures our DEI aspiration and its associated action plans, as well as provides DEI expertise to individuals and teams across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitating, the organisational approach to achieving organisational Diversity, Equity and Inclusion outcomes in partnership with the People & Strategy BPs with a particular focus on leveraging our requirements under the Gender Equality Act to build intersectional DEI initiatives and outcomes.
- Coordinating the DEI Advisory Group and networks.
- Providing coaching and advice that is based on leading research, evidence and Bayside’s aspirations, as well as respond to ad-hoc queries relating to culture and DEI.

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:
- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
