Our school is renowned for its innovation and offers a range of learning opportunities for its students and development opportunities for its staff. **The Position**: As the Regional Education Manager, you will be responsible for the management and professional leadership of a number of Campuses including Sydney, Illawarra and Mt Victoria, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum with a focus on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. **In this role you will be expected to**: - Manage the operational function of the campus - Lead the Campus Principal's to ensure best practice and high quality curriculum delivered. - Support and respect the School’s Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles. - Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum is delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12 - In association with the Board of Directors plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets - Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school. - Teach as required. **Skills and Experience**: **What We Offer**: - Great work-life balance - no after-school or weekend sports/cultural activities. - Small school communities and class sizes with larger organisational resources. - Dedicated Teacher Academy for professional learning. - Pioneering technology, in technology-empowered learning spaces. - High academic performance culture with exceptional student outcomes. - A commitment to providing a safe and caring working and learning environment with a strong focus on wellbeing.
