**About the role**

**_ This is permanent part-time opportunity working 3 days/ week and will be located at Oatlands (North Parramatta) _**

This role provides administration support to the Extended Care and Aftercare teams across 3 regions. These teams are responsible for working with young people to facilitate a seamless transition from care to independent living and to provide responsive, trauma informed case work.
- This role is responsible for providing administrative support and back of house coordination to the Extended Care and Aftercare teams and management.
- In this role you will need to meet funding and performance requirements, ethical and professional standards, administer data and knowledge management systems and provide agile support to the team as required

**What you need to succeed**
- Certificate 4 in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong experience in development and implementation of office systems and procedures
- Accurate word processing and presentation skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent telephone and inter-personal manner
- Hold a current driver’s licence and NSW WWCC
