**Public Sector People** are working with a government organisation within Southeast Queensland.

We have an exciting role available located in the South Brisbane Region.

We are looking for two experienced Marketing officers for a 2 month contract until the end of the year + and possible extensions.

The purpose of the role is to provide expertise in the development and implementation of marketing activities relevant to the implementation of the department's policies, research, development of advertising and marketing campaigns, and preparation of promotional activities.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Develop, implement, and manage creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, generating regular reports and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

- Degree Qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent knowledge and practical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
