**About the role**

Ok. So you’re excited about our team and what we’re trying to do here at ahm. Awesome. Now let’s chat about the roles. Yep. You read that right. We’ve looking for 3 UX designers to join our team. 2 in permanent roles and 1 on a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover.

In each of these roles you will provide design expertise and be responsible for the success and design of innovative and engaging solutions. You'll work across multiple initiatives in a collaborative and customer focused way, and you love being part of all stages of the design process, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.

Armed with customer insights and product data, you will help shape the strategy of your squad by advocating for our customers and working closely with the PMs to drive our product roadmap. Your ultimate motivation is to craft great end-to-end experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new customer and business problems, as well as shaping and delivering new solutions in innovative ways.

**Now, who are you?**

Well firstly, you have an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ve also got a passion for health and you’re a little bit obsessive about understanding our customers. That’s a given. You're focused on team outcomes, not personal outcomes. You'll have at least a couple of years of experience in UX. But you’re keen to grow more and learn more. You will need:

- Experience working with BA’s and Product Managers
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
- Experience in designing and shipping software/product experiences for multiple device types and contexts.
- Fluency with Figma, Dovetail, Miro, Maze, Survey Monkey and other research tools for collaborating, designing, prototyping and testing.
