Field Operation Technician Controller

As the Controller, your day to day includes:

- Scheduling jobs for our Technicians: you ensure the Technicians have jobs/ call outs prioritised logically and against customer SLAs;
- Ensuring parts, information and any other job aspects have been organised + re-organised as needed so jobs can be completed by Technicians safely & effectively;
- Being the key point of contact for the customer to provide updates and manage any escalations;
- Reporting on job completion and KPI updates and completing safety site audits;
- Creating ‘do & charge’ quotes.
- You’ve previously worked as a Service Controller/ Service Scheduler or Service Coordinator, with 3-4 years’ experience. You’ll hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment that will see you juggling multiple priorities.
- Naturally, you’re a strong verbal and written communicator and pride yourself on your negotiation and influencing ability. You build relationships easily and are passionate about working in a team to ensure the customer has the best experience.
- You have a good understanding of ordering parts, creating quotes, and working with data/ information to suggest improvements.
