Admin Assistant - Tutoring4All

We’re looking for a proactive **Admin Assistant** to support our day-to-day operations, assist families and tutors, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role would be **ideal for a domestic university student** looking to gain hands-on experience in a flexible, meaningful role while balancing study commitments.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage student and tutor schedules, including session bookings and changes
- Assist with onboarding new tutors and families, including documentation and system setup
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Support the coordination of workshops, events, and term-based communication
- Provide general admin support to the director as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in admin or customer service (education sector a plus)
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for education and supporting students’ learning journeys
- Currently based in Australia with full work rights (domestic applicants only)
- This role suits a university student with flexible availability
- 8 hours spread across the week during our busy hours
