Medical Receptionist Part Time (Weekends) in Five Dock

Above award remuneration

Our busy medical centre in Five Dock is looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our medical reception staff. You will be joining a supportive team who assist our GPs to provide high quality primary health care services.

Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

About us:

We provide high level primary health care services across several Sydney locations and are currently in a growth phase and offer comprehensive on the job training, ongoing support and career development opportunities.

About the role:

We are looking for highly motivated, empathic and enthusiastic people with administrative and/or reception skills to join our team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.

About you:

You will thrive working in a busy environment, problem solving and multi-tasking. You will possess good customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail when it comes to accuracy and sensitivity in handling patient information. Your phone manner is always pleasant, you communicate clearly over the phone and you show care to others. You enjoy working in a team environment, are adaptable to changing work flow and are process orientated.

Experience in medical reception is desirable but not essential.
