**About the role**
**Main tasks**: You will act as the primary contact for a range of stakeholders with your knowledge of care types and what may be best suited to potential residents
**Other tasks**:
- **Achieve** admission and occupancy goals by providing the best solution to those in need of respite or permanent care
- **Manage** referrers, community engagement, and other contacts both internally and externally
- **Develop** a marketing plan and sales strategies to attract potential residents
- **Travel** to sites across a broad Sydney territory in the north, west, and south.
- **Positively** engage with all contacts you encounter on a day-to-day basis
- **Collaborate** with your team to develop strategies to attract potential residents
- **Research**, analyse and then report on trends and legislation updates that will affect the business

- Several years in a similar position managing admissions in aged care facilities
- Demonstrable success in achieving & exceeding high occupancy in other homes
