This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Year 12 student to gain hands-on experience in the crane industry and take the first steps toward a rewarding career in crane maintenance and mechanical work.

Your Role: Junior Yard Hand

This role is suited to students aged 16+ who are attending school in the Midland Hazelmere or Kewdale area or nearby and have an interest in mechanical work or painting prep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and washing cranes to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Yard cleaning and assisting with general manual labour tasks.
- Assisting with basic mechanical tasks in the workshop.
- Supporting the workshop team as needed.

Workshop Location: Bellevue, WA

What We’re Looking For
- A Year 12 student with an interest in mechanical maintenance or the crane industry.
- Someone who has or is working toward obtaining a driver’s license to commute to work.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work after school hours, weekends, and during school holidays.
