Join our team as an Audit Manager at PKF

Sydney

We are seeking a manager to join the Workplace Assurance arm of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Team at PKF in Sydney.

The opportunity

Our team supports a number of Australia’s largest franchise brands, across a wide range of industries, ensuring their network comply with complex wage, industrial, workplace and culture obligations. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior members of these major corporations.

An opportunity also exists to broaden your skills through working on a diverse range of governance and risk assignments including internal audit projects, fraud and regulatory investigations, and modern slavery reviews.

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading team and work directly on complex and interesting engagements with some of Australia’s most well-known brands and organisations.

What you need to apply
- At least 5 years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance. Experience in payroll or franchise compliance is advantageous but not required.
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects or work-streams concurrently.
- Solid knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and the Australian workplace relations framework.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with franchise owners, clients, senior management, and other internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation abilities, both in-person and through the design of deliverables.
