**About the Centre**

Macleod Recreation and Fitness Centre is the ultimate destination for all your fitness needs. With over 80 group fitness classes each week, gymnastics, dance, and martial arts lessons, we offer a wide range of programs and services to suit everyone. Our friendly and highly qualified team is committed to helping our members and guests achieve their fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, strength training, or overall wellness. As a YMCA community centre, we work with numerous community, sports, and government organizations to provide opportunities for all participants. Additionally, we have partnered with n4 food and health, Australia's leading network of nutrition experts, to bring our members and guests an exciting nutrition program to support their healthier and happier lifestyle.

**About the role**

Customer Service Team Leaders will manage and lead teams of employees in Customer Service areas and ensure that the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards.

You will lead, inspire, and motivate teams through clear and achievable team goals and support high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures.

Customer Service Team Leaders may assist the Manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster, where they provide support to customers and staff across all areas of the facility, and may act as a delegate of the Manager.

This is a Full-Time position and the hourly rate starts at $30.75 + Super.

**About you**
- Strong administration and customer service experience, preferably in a sport/recreation setting
- Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and supervising a team would be highly regarded
- A diligent and consistent approach to your role, with a long term interest in the sport and recreation industry

**Qualifications & Experience**
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
