**The Project**

Genus will undertake design and construction of overhead and underground 33kV power distribution infrastructure which include poles, underground power cable, overhead line conductor, OPGW and associated hardware, with a contract sum of approximately $28 million.

**The Role**

Join a well-established team on a major FMG site as an Electrical QA Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing quality assurance and commissioning on a high-profile resources project.
- Lead routine QA/QC inspections and in-process checks across electrical systems
- Conduct testing, quality assessments and compliance audits on-site
- Coach and guide technicians to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
- Manage and update Inspection Test Records (ITRs) using the CCMS
- Support and enforce commissioning procedures to ensure timely handover
- Ensure all work aligns with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

**Skills and Experience**
- WA Electrical Licence **(Essential)**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance projects
- Confident working in fast-paced FIFO environments
- Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, documentation, and compliance
- Valid Driver’s License - “C” Class (Minimum)
- OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to required deadlines.
- Good judgement and decision making.
- High level communication including active listening skills.
