Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a Dispatcher who will provide world class dispatching of planned, on demand field works and service.

Working with a broad stakeholder group you will plan and schedule the most cost-effective use of our field crews maximising productivity, safety, and quality, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and data integrity.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Complete daily planning and scheduling for all high transactional work (including vehicle, equipment, traffic management and building inspections)
- Ensure field crews and contractors are available in nominated operating boundaries to meet program requirements
- Consult with Supervisors and other Dispatchers as a team to provide an efficient dispatch of works to available field resources.
- Regularly engage with the Technical Support Manager regarding productivity targets ensuring customer commitments are met in accordance with all scheduled response requirements.
- Continuously review all system processes/procedures to ensure most effective and efficient operating practices are being utilised.
- Optimise the utilisation of all relevant field crews, and contractors

**About you**:
You will be highly organised and able to maintain relationships with a diverse stakeholder group both internally and externally.

We will be looking in your resume for:

- Experience working with high volumes, reactive programs of work.
- A high level of computer literacy, e.g. Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel), SalesForce and planning/scheduling platforms
- Experience working in administrative support for project delivery teams
