Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Metering Supervisor to join Service Stream in our Mornington, Tasmania office.
About the Role

Service Stream’s Energy division are currently seeking an Electrical Metering Supervisor to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Mornington, TAS

Reporting Line: Works Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient resources are provided to complete program of works.
- Manage resources, including subcontractors, to deliver program of works.
- Conduct duties associated with the Verification of Competency and Competency to Work processes.
- Coach Technicians in the conduct of their duties. Supply any updated work documents to field personnel
- Participate in and/or deliver work-group meetings.
- Lead by example and take accountability for own actions.
- Demonstrate strengths in areas of team performance and dynamics, client services and HSEQ.

About You
- Min. 3 years previous experience regarding mass market metering
- Solid administration skills
- Strong leadership capability
- Strong communication skills both internal and external stakeholders
- Time management, planning and organising
- CT/Large market experience beneficial
