Ambulance Victoria's (AV) mission is to improve the health of our community by delivering innovative, high quality ambulance services.
AV is seeking an experienced Senior Officer Fundraising to efficiently manage donations and provide administrative support to the Community Fundraising & Privacy team within the Corporate Services Division.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager Community Fundraising & Privacy the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate, record and manage the processing of donations
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters
- Oversee Community Fundraising and Requisition procedures
- Support Community Fundraising team to ensure goals are achieved and to support AV's reputation and delivery of objectives
- Prepare and provide statistical and analytical reports for management
ABOUT YOU
**To be considered for this position you will possess**:
- Demonstrated understanding of principles and best practice approaches relating to Donation & Fundraising in the not-for-profit industry.
- Demonstrated experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Oracle financial/procurement system or similar and understanding of data integrity and legislative requirements.
- Sound communication, analytical and business writing skills and demonstrated financial acumen
- Experience with complaints management and engaging with a variety of customers in a positive and customer focused manner.
- Sound judgement and ethical behaviour in making and influencing quality decisions, developing innovative solutions.
- Intermediate to Advanced computing skills, especially Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This position is graded an AV3 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement.
