**Fleet Officer**
ChoiceOne are seeking a proficient Fleet Officer for our well Established client in Melville. This role is responsible for overseeing fleet operations within the company to help the business run efficiently, safely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service and specialist fleet management support, with strong customer relationship skills.
- Triage all queries and ensure effective communication with Fleet customers.
- Providing and attending to all customer needs, resolving internal and external customer enquiries.
- Effectively reviewing, processing and reporting on all financial matters.
- Maintain insurance claim information and provide reports.
- Coordinate day to day operations of the Fleet office under the guidance of the Fleet Coordinator.
- Collect, and compile information, prepare documentation, and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, supporting information flow and inform decision making.
- Identify, prioritise and manage communication needs and issues and carrying out any necessary investigation.
- Update and maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Assist to develop and maintain systems, policies and procedures as directed.
- Provide assistance to Fleet Coordinator and other staff as directed.
- Promote, support and adhere to a holistic Safety, Health, Environment & Quality culture and associated policies and procedures.
- Comply with all environmental legislation, regulations and standards.
- Assist with the implementation of Quality Assurance Principles, and identifying improvements.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams and Audit teams.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in Fleet service environmental/management.
- Experience in analysis of systems and database, and use of Microsoft suite products.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer focused environment, and proven ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the use of corporate and financial databases.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team based environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations and environments.
