No Limits Sports (NLS) is the leading provider of sports coaching in the Sydney Region. It has a proven track record of success across a wide range of sports and activities. We cater for all age groups and all abilities. We cater for all sports in all locations of Greater Sydney.
We are looking for a Sports Administration Officer to come on board for 2 or 3 days a week (9:00 pm-5:00 pm) and join the team on a part-time (5-week contract with an option to renew) basis to assist in the everyday tasks of the organisation. Reporting to the business manager, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to hitting KPIs and targets. This role is office based in the Sydney CBD.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Sports coaching/playing experience
- Paid Working with Children check
- Sports Administration background (preferred)
- Proficient in IT (word, excel, CRM)
**Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)**
- Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports.
- Liaising with existing customers.
- Working closely with the Business Manager.
**Remuneration**:
$30 per hour (minimum 16 hours per week)
