We are currently seeking a highly capable Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at our Osborne Park location. This pivotal role entails overseeing the efficient and timely delivery of catalogue and advertising materials throughout the supply chain, while ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance is optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically plan and allocate resources to ensure successful supply chain operations
- Foster a culture of excellence in workplace health and safety (WHS) and ensure its effective implementation
- Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers, partners, and contractors to achieve seamless supply chain execution
- Take responsibility for carrier fleet management
- Collaborate with the national operational delivery leadership team to review and enhance processes
- Work closely with stakeholders within to achieve agreed-upon business and company objectives
- Analyse performance data to identify issues and develop proactive solutions
- Address and resolve operational escalations from clients
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to direct reports, including conducting performance appraisals and facilitating professional development.

Key Requirements and Desired Traits:

- Certificate 3 in Warehousing/Transport Operations (desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar managerial role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Organized, efficient, and adept at understanding operational details and financial strategies
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Comprehensive understanding of operational and financial drivers
- Valid forklift license (LF)
