**About the role**:
Join a dynamic, close-knit Talent Acquisition team where your expertise in recruitment will shape the future of our **Integrated Gas** business. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll partner with managers to attract skilled professionals who meet both technical and cultural requirements. You will be focused on building and managing a pipeline of talent, aligning future workforce needs with the organisation’s growth. This role is essential to ensuring the success of our business in a competitive and fast-moving industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delivery of end to end recruitment solutions across a range of job families (engineering, site based roles, senior leadership and more).
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage relationships across our corporate office and site based locations (frequent site visits required).
- Enhance Origin’s employer branding to attract top industry talent.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership teams on recruitment strategies.
- Communicate regularly on recruitment progress, pipeline development, and key hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with HR on internal mobility and career development initiatives.
**About you**:
You will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency and/or an inhouse recruitment role. You will demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing methods, including talent pooling within LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in building talent pools for niche, unique, or hard-to-fill roles within the industry.
- Experience in managing and identifying talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
