Reporting to the Services Manager, your role will encompass end to end Onboarding and offboarding of our direct personnel and contractors. Working closely with the planning and mobilisation team to ensure all personnel are 100% compliant.

**Duties**:

- Onboarding / Offboarding
- Ensure all Labour Force meet Rema and site compliances prior to mobilisation
- Update databases with qualifications and competencies
- Working closely with clients to confirm compliance of personnel mobilising to site
- Provide administrative support and manage related mobilisation information when required

**What you will have**:

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work across various job fronts.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar position
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Computer literate with experience using Word and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
