**About the role**

The Product Manger - Life insurance is a key role within our Financial Products team. In this role you will be responsible for the product & proposition development, product delivery & implementation, partnership management and optimization to support market share growth and profitability of Medibank and ahm’s Life Insurance portfolio.

In this role you will make an impact by adding value to our customers through through the delivery of high-quality products and services that complement Medibank and ahm’s Private Health products. This will include the development and delivery of a product strategy and roadmap to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers and our stakeholders.

**What we’re looking for**

You’re passionate about developing propositions that will delight our customers. You have excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and enjoy collaborating across teams to get work done. Key to your success in this role will be your:

- Life insurance product expertise - You have experience working with life insurance products and can demonstrate and understanding of an end-to-end value chain.
- Initiative and program management - You have experience leading initiatives from identification through to execution.
- Partnership Management - You have expereince in relationship or partnership management.
