F45 Trainers: Part-time

**THE ROLE**

F45 Training Condell Park is seeking motivated and enthusiastic trainers to join our team for part-time and / or casual employment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver high quality, results focused F45 group-fitness classes
- Work closely with the owner and studio managers to provide 5-star experiences and help grow the business.
- Drive results for members
- Set up the studio before and after training sessions
- Ensure studio cleanliness and a high standard of operation
- Motivate studio members during and after training
- Assist with membership retention by cultivating a strong sense of community-based team-training
- Attend monthly team meetings and training

2. Be highly organised and a team motivator. We want someone to come into the studio before the session, ready to prepare for an AMAZING experience for our members.

4. Teach what you preach If you generally love functional training, and train yourself, we want to be able to see this through your technique and coaching.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions &/or Personal Training is preferred
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, results-driven and self-motivated
- Flexibility, must be available to work some early mornings, evenings and weekend mornings
- Ability to learn fast and willing to take on feedback in order to grow in your career
- Team player able to co-operate and collaborate
- Cert III and / or IV in Fitness
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

Condell Park, NSW 2200 near Bankstown Airport

**Salary**: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All members and staff are required to sanitise their hands on entry to the studio. Equipment is cleaned after each use.

**Experience**:

- Fitness: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert 3 and / or 4 in Fitness (required)
- CPR and First Aid qualification (required)
- Working With Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
