Alpha Training & Recognition Pty Ltd (RTO: 45282) is expanding its training offerings and seeking a qualified and enthusiastic **Trainer and Assessor** for the _**UEE32225 Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration**_**.** We are committed to delivering practical, industry-focused education and need a passionate trainer to lead and inspire our students in this essential trade.

**About the Role**:
As the course trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in accordance with the national qualification framework. You will guide students through the hands-on skills and theoretical knowledge required to succeed in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment in line with Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration requirements.
- Teach core competencies including installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Use and demonstrate correct procedures for working with refrigerants, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and report student progress, providing support and feedback as required.
- Ensure all training complies with RTO standards, WHS practices, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
- Mentor students to support their personal and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or higher in the relevant field.
- Current **TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of industry experience in HVAC or refrigeration systems.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for teaching and guiding students in a trade-based environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bilingual skills in English are strongly preferred.
