**Role Description**
- **Position**: Helpdesk/Level 1 Support
- **Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Engage in hands-on work with a variety of PC’s, Mac’s, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with technical staff on various IT projects.

- A can-do and proactive attitude.

- The capability to interact with customers face-to-face and deliver a professional level of service.

**Additional Details**
- **Employment Type**: Full-time
- **Probation Period**: The successful applicant will initially be employed for a probationary period to further assess their suitability for the position.
