**Primary Objective
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and facilitate the effective new customer onboarding process into the Woolworths at Work platform. This role requires the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, both internally & externally, to implement procurement, finance & supply chain solutions within a B2B environment. Working closely with Sales and customer advocacy teams, this role is heavily project management driven and will rely on strong leadership and decision making skills.

**Responsabilities Include
- Manage all Customer Implementation Projects by facilitating: (Including, not limited to)
- Setup & facilitation of all customer meetings
- Management of customised implementation plans
- Offering procurement, finance & supply chain solutions that best fit customer requirements
- Management/Coordination of customer data - both account and shopper details
- Creation of trading accounts
- Creation of Shopper login
- Be the key liaison between internal Woolworths departments, including coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure customers seamless transition to Woolworths
- Listen to and understand customer requirements and provide best fit solutions based on Woolworths system capability
- Lead all onsite customer meetings
- Partner closely with the Sales teams (Business Development/Account Management) to effectively manage and support the customer implementation process

**External Relationships
- This role will interact with external customers and critical internal teams. The role will need to provide feedback on data and process and ensure that the best process for implementation is being followed

**Results
- Voice of Team scores
- Deliver team efficiencies and effective operating cadence
- New processes developed for price list uploading and maintenance, customer onboarding

**Experience/Qualifications
**Knowledge and Attributes
- 2 years experience in B2B Environments
- 2 years project lead/management experience
- 12 months face to face customer management
- Data management
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Power BI preferred

**Skills
- Ability to coordinate large stakeholder groups and drive direction based upon customer requirements & feedback
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
