You must have a passion for delivering outstanding client service, show initiative, and be able to deliver professional reception and administrative tasks that meet the day-to-day requirements of the Practice. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team.

Requirements: No experience necessary, we will train you. Strong communication skills including a friendly, professional telephone manner. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced practice setting, working closely with all members of the Practice team. Possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage patient records in a professional and confidential manner. Proven organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks. Proficient use in Microsoft Office systems.

Duties include but not limited to: Patient appointment scheduling Patient registration Maintain accuracy of practice management systems Mail processing Phone enquiries Stock control Invoicing and billing Typing of medical letters and reports General administrative duties as required.

The team at KCPsych is looking for a new team member to join the group. As such, someone who can demonstrate that they are a team player first and foremost is highly desired.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- reception or admin: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
