Role Description

This is a
casual, on-site role
for a
Dental Receptionist / Assistant

You'll work closely with our dentists and team, supporting both clinical and front desk operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting dentists with procedures and patient care (as your training allows)
• Supporting sterilisation and infection control processes
• Managing reception duties: phones, appointment bookings, patient records
• Creating and posting engaging content on our
  Facebook and Instagram
  pages
• Contributing to a clean, organised and professional clinic environment

Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for someone who is:

• Studying or recently graduated from
  Certificate III in Dental Assisting
• Bubbly, outgoing, and patient-focused
• Confident on the phone with strong communication skills
• Organised, punctual and dependable
• Well-presented in a professional medical setting
• Comfortable using Facebook / Instagram
  for business posting and engagement
• Keen to learn and grow into a long-term dental career

(Previous dental practice experience is beneficial but not required.)
