**About the role**
New Year means new roles as the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) continues to transform Melbourne's local communities. Our passionate and collaborative People and Culture team are on the hunt for a new Business Partnerships Administrator. Reporting to a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, the Business Partnerships Administrator is responsible for providing quality support to the Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition teams on matters such as recruitment, employee lifecycle activities and general HR administration as well as:
- Managing and monitoring multiple inboxes as you support and escalate general HR enquiries.
- Undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks including preparing documents and reports.
- Supporting the administration elements of onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to provide timely advice on processes, policies and ad hoc requests.
The Business Partnerships Administrator is a 3-year fixed term VPSG3 role, paying between $72,751 and $88,336 and includes hybrid working with a weekly blend of working at home and in the office.

- Experience with the Microsoft suite, SharePoint and/or One Drive is highly desirable.
