**Your new role awaits**
Our **Customer Support Officers** (based in Mascot) work collaboratively with our branch network to provide a positive and timely solution to all customers that contact Coates through our website and other online sources.
If you have
- A Positive Attitude
- Great Attention to detail
- Consistent motivation to always find a solution for a customer
- Self-Satisfaction when complex tasks are completed and customer requests are met
- B2B, Outbound or Sales experience (call centre or sales contact centre)
- Experience working to targets or KPIs
- Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate resilience
- Ambition to grow your career within a large organisation and/or looking for stability

**A day in the life of a Customer Support Officer**:
Working closely with the Team leader you will be trained in best practice methodologies to achieve your key responsibilities, which include the following:
- Providing solutions to all enquiries, ranging from equipment hire to a general through to understanding, appreciating and satisfying the diverse needs of all online customers across Australia
- Convert opportunities into sales
- Build ongoing relationships through honest and timely communication
- Achieve your personal campaign KPIs and support team performance measures
- Source equipment to meet customer needs via our national branch network
- Managing equipment deliveries, transfers & pick-ups.
Previous experience in Call Centre and/or Hire industry environments is beneficial but not necessary.
Our teams are on rotating rosters - **Sunday to Thursday** & **Tuesday to Saturday**.
Flexible start and finish times (6am to 8pm) but roster will always include one day each weekend **paid at penalty rates**.
